When applying for dog license you must have proof of rabies vaccination, spaying or neutering papers. Rabies vacine must be good until November of the licensing year. The license fee is $8.20 per dog that has been neutered or spayed, $11.20 per dog if not been neutered or spayed.

You may also license your dog by mail, just send us a letter of request stating your last name, dog's name, phone number, and copy of rabies vaccination, spaying, or neutering papers, self addressed stamped envelope, along with appropriate payment as above to Medford Lakes Borough, Animal Control, Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055
